IndoEx Listing provides token listing intermediary services between cryptocurrency projects and IndoEX. We facilitate the application process but do not guarantee listing approval, which is solely at the discretion of the exchange.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Not share your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Application Process

4.1 Submission: You may submit up to 3 active applications (submitted or under review) at any time.

4.2 Review: Applications are reviewed for completeness and compliance with exchange requirements.

4.3 No Guarantee: We do not guarantee listing approval. The final decision rests with IndoEX.

4.4 Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all information provided.

5. Fees and Payments

5.1 Service Fees: Our service fees are communicated upon application approval and are non-refundable once services begin.

5.2 Exchange Fees: Exchange listing fees are separate and subject to the exchange's terms.

5.3 Payment Methods: We accept cryptocurrency payments only.

5.4 Refunds: Service fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse our systems
• Harass or threaten our staff or other users
• Use our services for fraudulent purposes

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of IndoEx Listing or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 No Investment Advice: We do not provide investment, financial, or legal advice.

8.2 Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for IndoEX's decisions or policies.

8.3 Platform Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndoEx Listing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
